A Confluence page that has been running for several years suddenly shows /setup/setuplicense.action. How can I get it back?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This suggests that an admin had taken away the licence for your Confluence service. You'll need to check with your admins what they have done to it.
Thank you for your answer.
An administrator of the Confluence is me and we had set up a license that is supported until next February.

You would also get that page if your database was changed / connected to an empty one.
