I used to use the server version of Confluence and would share pages with myself so I could have a record of who else I shared the page with. However, I have recently switched to the cloud version and the share email I receive no longer lists who else the page was shared with (and they confirmed that they received the email informing them of the page share.
Is there something I need to set up, etc., in Confluence - Cloud so the share emails list who else the page was shared with? I use this method as a work-around since there is no other way in Confluence to see who else a page was shared with.

Can you better help me understand the concern or why you would like to track this? Only users who will be granted access to the site would be able to view the share link. If they receive access through a share depends on how Confluence is set up. Determine how users get access to your site.
If you know who has permission to the page and space then who it is being shared with is less important.
It's important to me and my co-workers to know who the page was shared with; the reasons why we need this information is irrelevant to my question. I think my question is simple in that the other people the page was shared with is not showing up in the email, so I was wondering why this is happening when it wasn't an issue in the past.

@Diane Martin Cloud and server are different products. If there is something that worked in server a certain way it is not guaranteed that it will work that way in cloud. I would suggest submitting a support issue but my guess is that it is just a difference in functionality between the two platforms and never worked that way in cloud.
