Hi everyone, is there an option to adjust the Confluence instance for it to show the 'share/tiny link' as default in the web browser's address bar?
Currently the URL in the address bar is built upon the title of the space and page and therefore changes. Would there be an option to adjust this to use the share/tiny link instead?
So instead of this format:
https://confluence.company.com/display/[Space]/[Page Title]
We would love to set this format as default:
https://confluence.company.com/x/Tiny Link]
I'm also keen to hear feedback on that for the Cloud version of Confluence, hence we plan to migrate to Cloud in the future.
Found an answer myself by now: Solved: Display Confluence TinyURL in browser address bar. (atlassian.com)
This thread can also be closed! But for all Atlassian devs, please consider providing this as a feature. Thank you! :)
Hi @Thomas Engler, I have no permission to see the page you're linking to. Is there any other way to access the content? I would be very interested in seeing if we could adopt the existing solution as well (we're on server right now with a plan to migrate to Cloud).

Hi @Fangfang Chen also a warm welcome from my side. Unfortunately, this was only for the on-prem server version but as @Barbara Szczesniak stated the page is offline now. We already moved to the cloud, and I haven't seen anything in that regards for the cloud version.
Let's hope we get something like there was/is for the server version also in the cloud.

Thank you both for the info @Barbara Szczesniak and @Thomas Engler! 🙏
