I have this page, I am the owner of this page:
https://ewiki.marvell.com/display/OMEVB/How+to+bringup+zcu104
But when I am sharing with someone, it lets me share, the person gets the email with share-link but when he clicks it : He is getting 'Page Not Found' error.
I have tried it multiple times with no luck.
With the same link, I can see the document. Could you please check what I might be missing here?
Thanks,
Nirapada
@Nirapada Ghosh Welcome to Confluence!
Sharing a page does not automatically give a user rights to access the page. You should check the current page restrictions to make sure there are none on the Page or Space level that may be preventing the user from accessing the page. Also, you should make sure that the user is an active licensed user in your instance or they won’t be able to access the site at all.
You can access the page through the link because you already have at least view, if not full edit, permissions on the page.
I hope this helps!
He can access other confluence pages. I have set the page and space to no restrictions. Still no luck. What else could it be? How do I find out?
Thanks.

Have you tried adding the user explicitly to the page or space?

Do you see a 🔒 (lock) icon on the top right of the page? Clicking there should open the permissions for the page.

That lock sign is showing as unlocked. And I do not see an option to add an user explicitly.

When you click on the lock, which one of the three do you see?
