I want to show the file sizes of the attachments in the Attachment Macro (in addition to the name and modifed date).
Any suggestions?

Sadly, Attachment Macro (Confluence Cloud) hasn't that option yet. So there is no way to display the file size within the macro.
However, you can check file sizes while navigating to 'More Actions --> Attachments' section on the desired page as shown below:

Thank you. Not very helpful for most, I do know I can manually add the size as a file property.

Yep, is the only 'trick' you can do here to display the filesize for now if you dont want to navigate to the Attachments on each page.
