The sidebar on the left does not collapse when < button clicked.
Using [ makes content disappear but sidebar is still in place.
You can drag sidebar over farther to the left but not completely.
Scrolling in tables is not working. I can't use my mouse to scroll (w/ wheel, e.g.) and I cannot grab the scrollbar in the table.
Same problem with our cloud instance.
[EDIT]
This has been escalated to an incident: https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/5hpqsyz752lb
Thank you!

The Incident is marked "resolved" and looks like it's working for me now (just refresh the page if you still see the issue)

Hi Angie, I can recreate the behavior you're experiencing with clicking '<' on my cloud site.
I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com ) and didn't see anything that jumped out at me.
From what I can tell from this link Keyboard Shortcuts '[' is supposed to be a toggle of the sidebar, that doesn't seem to be the case either.
I would suggest opening a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and see what they say.

Unfortunately, we do not get Atlassian support, which is why I posted here.

This is happening to me as well (the sidebar not collapsing). Just started today. I hard reset my PC, and also updated to latest version of chrome and its still happening. Haven't been able to find a work around. When I drag the side bar over, it won't stay and pops back open.
