Dear all
Explain for our usage environment,
our company used Atlassian products and our team received account for Confluence service. Of course the Atlassian products integrated on-demanded in our company.
There is super administrator of this system and he/she make a project space, account, assigned project and management.
Our project consist of 40~45 members and communicate by Confluence.
We started this system 2 months ago.
When we started and used this system, we satisfied very well because very smart and fast but at least we are very uncomfortable for this system.
When we use the Confluence for our project, sometimes we have more 5 seconds to access time.
Our administrator and I talk this issue and check network condition, page data or other settings but we do not find any different condition compared to other project space in our Atlassian system.
So we required checking our system to Atlassian Korea but they answered very generally and we can not satisfy their response.
So I knock to Atlassian community.
How can we resolve this issue?
Can we received solution by the global Atlassian support team?
Truly we hope use the confluence very well into our project and company.

Hello,
due to low JVM Memory also you may feel a slow response.
please check the below with super admin
confluence super admin login -- settings -- general configuration --> system information --Java VM Memory Statistics --> if you find low free memory, please increase this
to increase JVM memory please check the below link
