Hi
Two persons in the Jira Cloude we are working with need to enter there E-mail the first time they trying to enter Confluence. What do I need to do?

I need to access Confluence to see a specification that XX has uploaded, but when I click on the “Switch To Confluence” option from within Jira, I get presented with a screen that asks me to enter email addresses suggesting to me that it’s trying to setup something new. Perhaps my account does not have permission to access it? I’ve checked with my colleague and he has the same problem.
Thanks,
It's for two that it doesn't work.
I know it works well for at least four people.
Is the user prompted to log in again in Confluence or what do the user mean with "suggesting that it is tryning to install something new?" If the user has not the permission to see the content he would see a screen to ask for access.
If the user is just prompted to log in again, then this could be e. g. a proxy issue - caused by a connection time out and therefore an automatic log out after x time.
Hope i could give you a direction... to specify the Problem more clearly.
Best Eugen

Are only the 2 users getting this issue or is it the same behavior for all users? Did you check that? If so... just for this users, maybe they schould clear their cache. Strange thing if only 2 users are affected.
