Past one week, I'm noticing an odd problem with the Children Display macro. When I view that macro in the "Preview" pane of a page that I'm editing, the pages are displayed in manual order (i.e., the order that they're actually sorted in in Confluence); but when I publish that macro to a page, the children are sorted in alphabetical order instead.
When I refresh the page, they appear in the right order for just a second, and then suddenly shift to alphabetical order.
How can this be fixed?
Confluence Server Version-7.11.6
Can you confirm, that you do not have any ordering in the macro?

But you have manual ordering on the pages itself?
Can you try to manual reorder a page and try again?

Perhaps, you should then create a ticket at atlassian support.
But provide some more infos and perhaps a video or some screenshots.
