When I setup a table in Confluence I want it to be able to automatically sort the data according to the column I chose and keep that setting for all future views and updates
The only way to do this is every time I update the report or view it, is click on that column and wait for it to resort the whole table
How can I setup the table so that it will automatically sort the data using the column and preference I chose (oldest to newest etc..)
Hi @Ian F,
Similar question about specifying a sorting column. Not sure if the open source add-on is still available though.
Hope this helps
Danny
Thank you
By the finish I place the ORDERED BY command in the JIRA project filter and then copied the whole of the filter from the advance window to the Confluence JIRA macro - Insert Issue/Filter
Because it is already sorted in JIRA it transfers with the same sorting in to the Confluence table
