I just created a Confluence space with no pages.
When I click on the Dashboard link at the top of the page, it takes me to this page.
But I thought I was on the Dashboard already!
I basically want ONE home/dashboard page, not two.
Help!
Hi Michael,
First of all, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I would have assumed that if you were to click on the word Dashboard, then it would take you to the Confluence dashboard.
However, I noted that when you click on it, it takes you to the Pages overview, the very same page you come to when you click on Pages in the sidebar.
To answer your question, you do only have one homepage in Confluence, but by clicking on Dashboard you are being sent one level higher than that, which is simply an overview of the pages in the space.
I have raised the following bug for this:
CONFSERVER-57969 Clicking Dashboard in Breadcrumbs Navigates to Pages and not Dashboard.
