Dear all,
I have a wierd issue reported by some users.
When a user access a confluence space, the page tree is displayed correctl on the left hand side.
Then as soon as user select the menu to Reorder page from space tools menu, then the space tree is not visible anymore and user need to click all time afterward on the space name
Trying the same in private navigation works.
is it somehow related to caching or cookies ?
Does anyone meet same behaviour ?
regards
Hi @serge calderara ,
Yes it might be a browser issue. Did you had a chance to check not only private mode but also a completely different browser to see if the behavior is the same?
Hello @Mirek , in the meantime yes we try in private session and it works ok.
Then we decide to try to clear browser cache and after this all works fine

I'm seeing the same thing, and clearing the cache doesn't help. On older spaces, page tree in sidebar displays as normal. But in a new space I've been setting up, it usually does not appear. I see 'Pages' in the sidebar, but nothing under it. It's very frustrating.

After some more investigation - turns out I used a template for a project overview page, and edited the Space Settings to make that the home page. This caused the problems. I set 'home page' in the settings back to the default, and page tree works again. Odd though...
