Is it possible to create a standalone Workflow in Confluence with Macros out of the box? I see many Vendors offerring this plugin. Thanks in Advance.

First of all you need to specify if you are on a server/dc or cloud instance!
If you are talking about https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222276/workflows-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud , this plugin is available for Cloud
