Is there a way to know what articles have been read and by who?
I would like to know:
Among our customers which ones are using the knowledge base before creating a ticket in the service-desk
How many visits to our knowledge base were done this month VS the previous month
What pages are the most visited
and so on ...
Any way to get such statistics?
Hello Raphael -
I am currently using an addon called Analytics for Confluence Cloud that provides a wealth of knowledge regarding who created pages, who is viewing pages, and other useful stats. If you are not using cloud, I think they also have this functionality in a server addon.
I do not believe that this functionality is present in the stock version of Confluence.
Word of caution that the analytics addon only captures information from when it was activated onwards, so you will not have historical data.
