'Stop trial' button not available in manage apps in Confluence cloud Free plan

Hi :)

I have a Confluence cloud free plan and I see the following message in 'Manage apps' section:

A long-running task has been initiated by another user. To avoid conflicts, you will not be able to update apps until this task has completed.

• Installing undefined... (Initiated by undefined on 4/23/2020, 3:29:40 PM)

On the other hand I have installed some apps as free trial , but the 'stop tiral' button is missing on the apps. Are this two things connected somehow?

As I understand, you are currently unable to manage plugins due to a long-running task within your instance.

Since your issue was reported a few days ago, I would like to understand the following:

1. Is this still an issue for your site?
2. If not, how did you end up fixing it?
