Stretched view of pages for agents on desktop

We have several confluence users on our team who see our team pages as shown below - all content and images are distorted and stretched making it impossible to see any information on the pages. We have tried all basic troubleshooting (restarting, clearing cache and cookies, reloading the page etc.) and are unable to understand why this is happening for some users.

It looks like an EXTREME zoom-in view of a Confluence page, possibly combined with an unholy scaling on the OS level. The Confluence icon si supersized.

For starters, I'd try a different browser to see if it behaves the same.

In this case, I'd contact Atlassian Support to investigate more.
