Survey Response Loading Time

Hello everyone,

we recently opened a survey on "BayernCollab" (a confluence system). Every time we try to load the survey results, it takes about 2 hours of loading time with an open browser tab. Is there any way to speed up this process, or can someone explain why loading the results takes so long? With only 10 responses and under 1MB of data (22 questions in the survey) 2 hours seems quite excessive.

@Brant Schroeder Thank you for your response! Fortunately, we recieved support from Atlassian. It was an implementation error from their side and they fixed it. It should not cause any issue for us or others anymore.
