I just got the following notification about a new feature to be able to see who else is viewing a page. Generally this is a good feature.
However we have some HR related pages related to Health and Wellbeing, e.g., about mental health support. We want to keep who is viewing this page private for obvious reasons.
When we created this page, we double checked that as we are on the Standard tier, the page analytics about number of viewers does not show the individuals viewers. With this new feature it will be possible to see who is viewing the page in real time.
Is there a way to switch off this feature for a page or a Space (or site wide if not)? Unfortunately I saw this pop up whilst I was in a meeting, took the screenshot, but did not click on "More about settings", and now I don't see this pop up any more. Where can I find the setting for this feature?
The documentation can be found here; https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-a-page/
On the page there is a part on turning this off.
It can be turned off on space or global level, not on page level.
