Synchronization of users from Jira to Confluence

I have the following problem, there is no synchronization of users from Jira to Confluence, although I have not made any changes

Maybe you can help me how to do it, or specifically in which server log I will find the error it will tell me.

please check the log file in your CONFLUENCE_HOME_FOLDER/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

If you need support on that please attach the error retrieved from that file.

And when I do the synchronization manually the log writes the following warning

We tried Disable and it did not help, we did not try to create a new one

Please, disable the existing directory and create a new one with the same setup.
