When I have two tables above one another and I adjust the table width (in fixed mode), the alignment has a 'blue line' indicator that you are aligned. And the line stops moving once it is 'aligned'. The problem is that the blue line is NOT QUITE exactly aligned. It is slightly unaligned to the left of the line above and I have to tweek it slightly to the left to the the alignment to be exact. Am I the only one experiencing this issue?
I really wish Atlassian would put more table options in the toolbar; It would help with my page formatting :)
Example: Create a field to change the table properties like:

Confluence Source Editor is the free add-on to do this.

Thanks for the solution. I think you are suggesting this as a solution because I can set the exact width of a column to match the corresponding width of the other table's cell column with which I am trying to align?
While I can see that as a solution, it is not a practical one. I say this, in that the number of steps to get the alignment exact is time consuming, whereas, just retweeking the alignment visually is the simple.
My post was made in determining if my issue is a design flaw in the Confluence application that is already known, or am I the only user that uses Confluence this way and no one else experiences this issue?

Hi Casey,
I do have the same issue when working with fixed width tables. After lining up the 3rd columns (with the blue bar) they visibly look correct however are wrong in the code.
This definitely looks like a bug.

Thanks for the feedback. At least I now know it is not just me. I can see that slight difference without looking at the code (which also shows as different for me also). I doubt there will be a 'fix' anytime soon, but though I should at least post the issue in the forum for others to understand the issue (until a fix is available, or an add-on will resolve the ability to edit tables better).

Casey,
For now, support has noted on my ticket to copy and paste tables. You would then be able to manually align the columns properly.
I did note on the ticket that copying and pasting is not a fix and I would like the issue (which they could reproduce) to be looked into in a future release.

Thanks. Copying and Pasting tables is not a realistic fix. And I do not even see how that process would work, and if my understanding of what I'd need to do, would not even fix the issue to begin with. As much I want this fixed, I understand the reality of the time frame of how long it takes to resolve 'bugs', so I just find work-arounds

Interesting. That fix seems to already be implemented. Correct? Except now there is a bug?
