I seem to remember a way to tag other users, teams, or spaces within a Confluence page, can anyone tell me how to do this?
I think you can link, or tag, but I think they were two different things.
We are looking to create an entire documentation system for our team (processes, templates, definitions, product info, etc) and we want to be able to talk other users or groups of users into certain pages.
Hi Laurel!
I understand you have some questions about linking/tagging other users, teams and spaces. There are a number of options available for this kind of functionality. I'll put a quick overview of the functionality for users, teams, and spaces below, but feel free to let me know if you have any specific questions about your use case:
I hope this helps!

Weird, I feel like I was remembering specific ways to "link" and "tag" people from within editing a page. But I think maybe the @mentioning should do the trick.
Can you @mention a team?

The @-mentioning should do the trick. This will essentially link and tag that user from the page.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to mention teams or groups in Confluence pages, but we do have a feature request open for this functionality: CONFCLOUD-23015. You can vote and comment on this feature request to help give our developers more context around the issue, which will be considered according to the Implementation of New Features Policy.
For now, the best way to link to a team is to create a page link to their team home page or space, and the best alternative to tagging them is to tag each user individually. If the intention is to share a page with the team, you can also share the page with that team's group (if they have one).
