Task Report Macro not loading

I'm trying to add a Task Report Macro on a page but when selecting the macro either with + option in the menu bar or typing /, the macro just show in loading stage and never actually load up.  I have tried with multiple different browser with no luck.  The page I'm trying to add this Macro too is in my personal space.  I have login and out of Confluence and even rebooted the computer.  Anyone can help?  I have added other macro on this page with no issue.

I came across the same issue today.

I think the ticket is not publicly accessible until it was investigated and approved by Atlassian. It is then anonymized (sensitive information may be in the ticket description and possibly on screenshots) and transitioned to a "regular" public ticket.

The issue was resolved yesterday. A ticket existed already:

I was able to successfully add/configure the Task Report macro today.
