I experienced this problem with an app : Advanced Content Navigator.
Is it from my account (should I do any updates), or the product admin should do something about it ?
@Salim EL MOUMMY - a Product Admin will need to help you here.
Ask a Product Admin to go to Apps > Manage Your Apps (or Manage Apps, if you're on the new navigation that's currently being rolled out)
...and see if there is an update available for the Advanced Content Navigator for Confluence app. If so, there will be an Update button for them to click.

@Salim EL MOUMMY - I then recommend reaching out to META-INF. Click on Marketplace listing, then you should see their contact info on their profile.
