We don't have any themes to choose from in the Admin Center. Is it possible to create our own? (I could only find docs for Theme Creation in regards to Confluence on-prem.)
Hi Charisma,
from what I remember you either have to use what is offered on the marketplace in terms of themes or develop your own theme (Confluence Cloud Developer article about themes). And unfortunately, there's not much offered yet. Even companies well known for their customization apps seem to be struggling with the offered possibilities by Atlassian on the cloud platform (Refined Spaces for Confluence Cloud). But maybe this will change soon, you never know what Atlassian unveils at Summit.
Best, Max

Yeah, but at the same time Atlassian opens up possibilities stepwise. So maybe it's really just a matter of time.

Hey @Charisma Riley, in November '18, for example, Atlassian added a module for Connect apps so developers could be able to declare conditions and validators on cloud. That hasn't been possible so far and now it is. So hope for the best :)

Any thoughts from Atlasssian to release a "starter theme" that customer can tweak from instead of building from scratch?
