To view the overall dropdown

Each time I need to click it to view the dropdown. Search also not helps as the dropdowns are hidden. How to get all the dropdowns viewed

@Rohini jerin can you perhaps post a screenshot of what dropdowns you are referring to?

These appear to be using the "Expands" macro or a Table of Contents. Do you know which one it is?
