Trying to unsubscribe from add-ons from confluence?

HI,

I am trying to unsubscribe some add-ons but it is not allowing me to do. what should I do?

Since you use the term unsubscribe I tend to assume you are using our Cloud platform?

What happens when you go to the Manage Add-ons page and click on the Unsubscribe button under an add-on? Please let me know whether you see an error message or some other behavior and what the error is, if any.

Hi,

 

Yes we are using cloud version. It says error occurred and try again. I did multiple times but the same error occurred.
