UI Expand & Confluence Content macros cannot be updated

I have multiple UI Expand Macros within a Confluence Content module in a Content Layout Macro.

I had a few occurrences of changes to the UI Expand macros not being saved, but now I cannot edit any of them - editing UI macro title, adding text/ images, deleting UI macros - nothing is saved after clicking Update.

I have previously had the same issue with a Confluence Content module without any macros in it.

Does anyone know what the problem is and whether there's a solution for it?

Is it the refined macro? If yes, I would try uninstalling the plugin and re-installing it again.
