The user rakshit@tpconnects.com is Unable to Export Confluence page using Microsoft Edge.
When tryng to export to Work - the page does not load.
When export to PDF it got an error meesage as attached.
Kindly help troubleshoot the issue.

maybe this is a regression of an already known and fixed issue, please have a look at Export pdf (atlassian.com). This contains two workarounds, maybe one of them helps in your case.

Whenever the user tries to export the page he gets the same message?
Does this problem occurs to any other user?
Has this user try to use the export from a different browser?
Is he trying to use the export functionality from a mobile device?
Is he a guest?

Is he a guest? His a Trusted user

Can you try to export the page on a different browser?
In addition, can you confirm that all of you have the export permission, if you are trying that is to export the whole space, and not just a page?

I tried with exporting the page with different browser and it works for me as an Admin.
However, user rakshit@tpconnects.com still unable to export even export permission is granted.

Can that user also try with a different browser AND from an incognito window?

If you were able to export it, then the problem most likely lies with that specific user and not with confluence itself.
