Hi All,
I am an admin of a cloud based Confluence site - hosted on Atlassian - and I’m trying to add Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence from the marketplace - whenever I click ‘Try it Free’ - I just get an error: we ran into a little trouble - I might just be a hiccup - try later.
Has anyone else had this? Our site is showing as eligible for installation - so not sure why this is happening.

Hey Samie, No worries 😀 - thanks for coming back to quickly.
Looks like i can't install any confluence apps from the marketplace, same error - however, Jira marketplace looks ok.
Also, looks like its only cloud-fortified apps which give me the error.

The Gliffy team has opened a ticket with Atlassian and escalated, but it looks like folks are having a hard time reproducing the issue.
I've been asked to refer you to Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/
This way, Atlassian can help you troubleshoot/look into some of the specifics of your account.

Hi Samie - I'm unable to log a ticket though the support page, as I'm on the free version - and I just get directed back here - FWIW - its still happening this morning.

Hi @matt_l ! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Have you tried and had any luck with installing any other Marketplace apps?
Initially, I'm thinking you'll need to file a ticket with the Atlassian support team — but want to try to get a sense of if it's a Gliffy-specific issue.
