Unable to add a member to group administrator

As a site admin, I'm getting error when adding a member under the group administrator. Is there a different approach to this?

Hi @Widlyne Jean Paul can you please confirm what error are you facing ? Is this the same behaviour with other site admins ?

Have you ever tried using the jira administrator profile? Please try it (if you can) and tell us the result

We have not integrated Jira with Confluence yet.
