Hi
When i am trying to put the JIRA Chart Macro in confluence it doesn't do anything.
To add a Jira chart to page:
i have tried typing "{ jira chart" in the edit page as well and it doesn't show up anything to select the filter.
Hello team,
I have the latest version of JIRA (Cloud) and I can't insert charts on the confluence page
This feature affects my daily work a lot and I don't have a workaround.
Do you have a fixed date?
Thanks in advance,
Best regards.

I have the same issue. I can do the preview and it looks like it's going to work but then nothing gets inserted.

Hi there, Sam.
I can confirm that the issue is reproducible on the latest Confluence Server version 6.11.0. So, I went ahead and created the following bug for tracking purposes:

@AhmadDanialIt doesn't work on 6.9.0 as well.
can you please let me know what should be the workaround for this?
Thanks!

Hi, Sam.
I was able to work this through with a Confluence engineer to verify that the macro will not be displayed correctly if we do not have any JIRA instance connected to it.
I was able to have it working when I have my JIRA 7.11 connected to the Confluence instance and I have updated the bug description to reflect my findings.
In this case, can you please confirm that the Confluence 6.9.0 that you are currently running on is already connected to JIRA and if yes, may I know what is the version that you are on?

Hi @AhmadDanial JIRA server version what we are using is 7.9.2 and it is connected to Confluence.
I have verified that both the applications shows as connected.

Hi, Sam.
Thank you for the clarification. I went ahead and deployed the same version of JIRA and Confluence Server on my end:
I can confirm that the issue is only reproducible when there is an AppLink issue between the two instances:
The JIRA Charts macro works as expected when the apps are connected properly.
For now, may I know if it is possible for you to generate backups for both JIRA & Confluence first before removing the Application Link and reconfigure it again to verify if the same problem continues to persist?
