Hello Shai,
Welcome to Community! It's nice to meet you. I have just a few questions for you in order to help understand the situation.
Please let me know which method exactly you're attaching the document to the page. See Upload Files for details on the various methods, and let me know which one you're using. If you can test the other methods, please let me know if the same occurs no matter which method.
- In the editor you can:
- Drag the file directly onto the page.
- Go to Insert > Files and images and upload a file.
- When viewing a page you can:
- Drag the file directly onto the page.
- Go to
> Attachments and upload a file.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Shai,
Thank you very much for sharing that error. I've done some research and found that later error might be related to the fonts installed on your server.
One example:
Can you have a look at that and see that you don't have any errors in your logs about missing fonts? If it does, it should let you know the name of the font that is missing. You will also want to make sure that the user you are running Confluence under on your server has permissions to access to the system fonts.
Looking forward to hearing the results!

Shannon

Shai,
Thank you for your patience. I would like to see more of your log files, so I have created a support ticket for this case.
You can check your email now and you will see an email from Atlassian with your ticket number.
If you could kindly reply to that ticket with a copy of your Support Zip so we can have a deeper look.
Thank you for your help!

Shannon
