We recently upgraded to 6.2.3 and found that 'Recently Viewed' and 'Recently Updated' links on the new sidebar take nearly 10 minutes to load? Hello Joanne,
In order to correct the SSL error you're experiencing, have a look at this article:
- Unable to Connect to SSL Services due to PKIX Path Building Failed
I cannot say for sure if that is what is causing your performance issues, but please give that a try and let us know how it goes and we can proceed from there.
Let us know if you have any questions!
Kind Regards,
Shannon
Thanks Shannon, we were able to resolve the issue in the log by ensuring we had the certificate in the JDK truststore as we had it in the incorrect place. However, we still are having issues with these links taking a long time to load even with increased JVM - we are looking at how our loadbalancer is setup.
