Hello team!
I am new in confluence and have not figured it all out yet.
Tell me, I need to upgrade my system from version 6.14 to version 6.15.2.
I read everything on page https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-4578.html but there are still questions.
Can I upgrade immediately from 6.14 to version 6.15.2 without installing intermediate versions? Or should I be consistent 6.14 -> 6.14.1 -> ... -> 6.15 -> ... -> 6.15.2
I apologize for your question)
I installed confluence quite recently, and you have already released so many new versions ...)

Viacheslav
Hi Viacheslav,
This is a good question, thanks for considering intermediate upgrades! With recent release of Confluence, there are no intermediate releases to worry about. We usually post these in the release notes for reach version if there is a particular version we need you to upgrade to before continuing to your final version.
You can safely upgrade directly from 6.14.0 to 6.15.2.
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi, I had expected this as well, and although the upgrade seemed to go ok according to instruction, after a reboot my instance is failing to come up. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Issue-after-upgrade-to-Confluence-6-15-2-java-problem/qaq-p/1065599

Thank you all!
The update was successful.
Before update confluence, I updated all the applications as it was written in the instructions.

In the link you listed, step one of Plan Your Upgrade, is to determine your Upgrade Path. If someone was switching from earlier versions, like 4.x or lower, then they might need an intermediate update. In your case, you do not.
