Hi Atlassian Community and Staff,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with my Atlassian Cloud account after I accidentally created several organisations by mistake. In each of them:
I am the only user in my organization.
I have no domains listed and cannot add or remove any.
I do not have a paid subscription, but the system is asking for payment details and won’t let me delete my organization.
The “Delete organization” button is greyed out, and there is no option to remove my own access or products.
I have already canceled any visible subscriptions, but the system still prompts for payment details.
I am unable to access direct Atlassian Support because I am not on a paid plan. This is extremely stressful as I am trying to avoid being billed for something I do not want or use, and I have no way to resolve this through the standard self-service options.
Can an Atlassian staff member please assist me directly or escalate this issue?
This seems like a system/account bug that cannot be resolved without staff intervention.

Usually the org deletion will take some time and it is prescheduled by our billing team.

I've reached out to the Atlassian Community Support team and someone should take a look at it within a day or 2.
By the way, as stated in the official documents, deleting an organization usually takes some time due to cancellation requests and grace periods.
Not sure why it's asking you for billing details if all products/apps are on Free plan 👀
