Urgent help needed why we are getting this error (javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses)

ERROR:[confluence.mail.template.ConfluenceMailQueueItem] Send unable to send email with subject  [Calender] Event remainder Holiday (Should not be reported to client) 

Given mail I'd is valid only but why we are getting this error.

That is one of valid reason. And is there any alternative reasons why we're getting error

We verified mail I'd is active only but why we are getting error

You can try manually flushing messages from the mail queue. Refer this link and see if that helps.

Regarding that error  KB article and manually flush mail queue are wrong explanation for that error my TL replied
