It depends on the representation and type of data you need.
Confluence has its default functionality for tracking major activity that is disabled by default - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/viewing-site-statistics-123043962.html
Confluence admins can turn it on, if it meets the needs and criteria.
Also, there are macro like 'Recently Updated', 'Popular Content' (also disabled), 'Activity Stream', 'Top users' etc. - by combining these macros you can make page look like the dashboard you need for tracking activity.
And of course, there are 3rd party add-ons for more complex tracking.

I have Enabled "Confluence Usuage Stats" Plugin though it's not showing the Exact data which am trying like "Who, When,Which Sites, Which Pages" were visited. Which one should match all these four please ?

If you need to see the statistics in the exact "Who, When,Which Sites, Which Pages" pattern, then some custom functionality is required: 3rd party or custom developed for your needs, as Confluence macros and the menus you enabled have their own predefined parameters and interface and are not flexible for configuration.
