Hello everyone,
we are facing the following difficulty:
We wish to start our numeration from "2.1.4.1" onwards on a Confluence page via numbered headings.
We tried it this way, it doesn't work:
The format (here done manually to show how we wish the page to turn out):
Thanks for you help in advance! We very much hope you can help us solve this problem.
Best,
Kristin
Kristin,
A Heading 1 has only one heading level. Starting with a 4 level heading number requires starting with a Heading 4. It can be done with this configuration:
Note: Specifying starting numbers for different levels is done by seperating the numbers with a comma. There is also a little quirk with the starting number being off by 1 for the first three levels, this is a bug in numbered headings that will be resolved in an upcoming release.
@Gert-Jan van de Streek You saved the day. This was a big pain for us, having to do it manually. Thanks so much for the help and the quick feedback. Good to hear that this small bug will be fixed with the upcoming release. When is it? BR, Kristin
