Some more context on what user access information you are targeting would help in suggesting a way/possibilities.
Thanks,
Aditya
Our need is to know the inactive users in Confluence. In principle, we do not have any metric in mind, but it could be: last access date, user access number in the month, number of spaces/pages visited...

From the user management section you can select product as "Confluence" and export the user data in a CSV. You can then analyze/filter data based on last seen date/time.

Aditya

Thanks, Aditya.
This export is very basic, only the date of last access to the product is obtained. We would need more complete statistics to be able to manage Confluence users. In addition to the date of last access, for example, the number of accesses per week or month, number of spaces and/or pages visited, etc.

What we are interested in knowing is last access date, user access number in the month, number of spaces/pages visited by the user...

Hola Eduardo!
Out of the box, Atlassian offers an Analytics function with its Premium package. Perhaps this would be a factor to consider upgrading?
Alternative options are via reviewing the Atlassian Marketplace to find an application that could fulfill this purpose.
Our team, bitvoodoo, develops an Analytics app called Viewtracker, which adds insight into how your users interact with content, among more functions. Allow me to share a link below:
Hope this helps!
With friendly regards
Rodrigo

Hello!
The version that we have is Confluence Cloud Premium.
The analytics functionality that you mention could help us, but it doesn't appear in the Applications menu.
Is this functionality available in the cloud version?
