User cannot see content in expand macro

A single user is not able to see content contained within the 'expand macro' in several Confluence pages within a Space. When clicking on the title of the expandable text box- nothing happens. They click and nothing loads or changes, the text box does not expand.

- They are an ADMIN and have access to edit all pages within the space.

- The page is not locked and does not have any restrictions. 

- They can see and click on 'edit'/pencil icon but once they do, the page spins and no content displays.

Hi @Carly Novak 

Can the affected user try it with a browser without addons installed? Sometimes they could interfere with how macros work.
