Hello,
It is possible to add to a Confluence page the link to another Confluence page (that belongs to another space) and see the status (managed from content states), as well as if the page has attachments.

Try playing with the Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros.
Alternatively, or in parallel, Confluence Databases could be useful.
