Warum bleiben 3 Spreadsheets beim Loading auf Connfluence-Seite blockiert?

Aktuell sind nach Bearbeitung und Aktivierung der ´Veröffentlichung´ 3 Spreadsheets blockiert. Das Loading hängt seit gestern Nachmittag und bewegt sich nicht; In den Spreadsheets befinden sich bis zu 3 Registerkarten.

1 Spreadsheet ist die Kopie eines bereits auf der Seite vorhandenen Spreadsheets und wird ebenfalls nicht geöffnet. 

Das Problem mit dem blockierten Loading findet seit einigen Tagen desöfteren statt, so dass diese Spreadsheets von mir gelöscht und neu erstellt wurden.

Wären die Blockaden der aktuellen Spreadsheets  zu unterbinden, so dass das Loading fortgesetzt wird?

Hallo @Stefan Meyer Ich antworte auf Englisch da es viel schneller ist. ;-)

So are these spreadsheets Excel spreadsheets? And what do you mean by Registerkarten?

And are you trying to the open them once they are attached to a Confluence page, but they then hang and never fully open?

Have you tried adding generic spreadsheets to an other page to test out the functionality?

Are you on a free or paid plan? Because you access to logs is limited with the cloud version, you may have to file a support ticket for them to see if your instance is throwing error messages.

thanks for your answer. 

´Aufrufn´ was a mistake, it should be called ´further sizes´ in one Spreadsheet. 

I´ve generated the Spreadsheets in Confluence, but the records are a copy of an Excel-table.

I´m an IT-user from BSD/BRK-Institute in Germany/Bavaria. We pay for the Confluence cloud.

How can I submit the Support-Ticket?

Any admin should be able to request support from within admin console, or be submitting a ticket from their account.

But let me backtrack. You are copying from Excel to a Confluence page to create a table there? Just doing a copy and paste, and then the pages won't save/load?

Hallo Mr. Bailey,

Die Kopie aus der Excel-Liste funktionierte. Nach dem Kopieren der Liste (nur Datensätze) habe ich das Layout des Spreadsheets angepasst und die notwendigen Macros installiert. Zur Sicherheit habe ich eine Kopie des Spreadsheets durchgeführt. Danach habe ich den Button ´VERÖFFENTLICHUNG´ aktiviert. Die entsprechende Seite wurde zwar geladen, das Loading der Spreadsheets wurde jedoch blockiert. 

Nach eigener Ermittlung konnten die Spreadsheets nicht mehr gefunden werden. Es wird ein CORS-Fehler angezeigt.

Fehleranzeige:  "Ensure CORS response header values are valid."

Welche Lösung gibt es zum Reaktivieren der Spreadsheets?

Lässt sich die Blockade aufheben?
