When saving, I do not see the option to provide change history notes

For the pages I have created, when I make any changes, I do not see the text box at the bottom to also add the change history note. Is there something I am missing here.

Hi Anshul,

I believe the page will need to be published first.  Once the live page is edited you should be able to add change notes.  Do you see that option on the published page?

No. Even after publishing, I don't see the option to add change notes. No matter how many times I make edits, I keep seeing the "Publish" button...I mean probably after the first time publish, it should change to "Save".
