When setting up a template in confluence, can I use logic for a series of questions?

I am setting up a template in confluence and would love to be able to use logic for the series of questions displayed and when to display them. But I can't work out of this is possible? Any tips of advise?

Hi @bronwyn.humm Natively this is not possible but you can explore third party plugins on Atlassian Marketplace which might help you create dynamic form/templates.
