Confuence data center offers SAML. If you have Confluence Server then you`ll need to use a app from the Atlassian Marketplace.

Requets you tell us how can we get to know that our Confluence server is using SAML Authentication or Kerberos Authentication.

With SAML you are typically redirected to CAS, where you enter your logon credentials. 

With Kerberos you are seamlessly logged in with no passwords asked. 

Based on that, perhaps you know better what you are using?

CAS supports both SPNEGO (Kerberos) and SAML
