White space in confluence page

How can I change the view of the confluence page? It shows more empty space.

Hi @rbalamu2 welcome to the Atlassian community.

I am able to reproduce this issue in my local instance when I copied the content from word or another desktop application and pasted on Confluence page.

When I manually type the content and apply numbering or bulleting, I don't get that white space. 

May I request you to try removing the formatting and check.

I don't see any special formatting in my page. contents are aligned left only. but when the contents in the page looks to be aligned in the middle as in the attached screenshot. kindly help!
