Why are keyboard shortcuts not working today in Confluence Cloud?

As of today, I can no longer use any of the usual keyboard shortcuts, such as Ctrl-S, or the autoformatting shortcuts such as {{monspaced text}}, _italicised text_, etc. My colleague also has this issue and we have tried multiple browsers.

I'm finding a few other users with the same issue, so I am investigating this now.

There's a fix that has gone out but I'm not sure if it is related to this particular issue. Can you let me know if you're still replicating the shortcut issue as of today?
