When exporting a workspace in Confluence, all the Info, Tip, Note, and Warning macros we put in did not render properly. Therefore, the boxes and the icons did not show up correctly in the PDF.
Hi Shirly,
What version of Confluence are you running? There is a closed ticket with this exact problem which Atlassian have fixed from Confluence version 6.13.0 and 6.14.2 and up.
Here is the link to the closed ticket for reference - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-31307
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your response. We are running Confluence 6.15.4 on a server. None of the Note, Warning, or Information macro shows up properly in the PDF output.
Thanks!
Shirly

That's odd. I just tested a fresh install of Confluence 6.15.4 and my export came out properly rendered.
Do you have any custom css applied to your instance / space?

We do, but nothing pertain to note, tip, or warning. But, we do use Berkit Theme Press for our style.. Could that be the culprit?
Thanks!
Shirly

It's possible. If you have a test instance, you could try disabling Brikit to see if it helps with the export. Otherwise, you can always try turning on Safe Mode to see if any other Add Ons are messing with the PDF export output.
