We have our users tied to Active Directory and I have a user that added to group in AD and she shows in the group in Confluence. She can access other spaces in Confluence but when she was added to this group she cannot access the space. I added her as an individual with view and edit and she still cannot access the space.
I've never seen this in the 5 years I have been using confluence. Any and all suggestions appreciatiated.
Eric
Hello Eric,
Does this user have a license? Sorry for the dump question but maybe it comes from a bad group attribution from your AD.
Regards,
Florian
Florian,
Yes, the user has a license. She can access other spaces in Confluence. I have tried adding her as an individual with no luck as well. Everyone else in the group has access without any issues.
Thank your,
Eric

What error message is she getting?
Have you check the Restricted pages inside the Space configuration?

Yes, Most of the pages do not have a restriction. this is the error she gets:
“Page not found”
Is there some type of logging that might show the issue?
Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,
Only documentation have found is this one.
Have you think about raising a ticket to Atlassian Support?
