Hello,
I think this should be easy for the experts to answer. My old page "menubar" uses the "menu" macro to show 2 links. I'm trying to recreate that page without using the "menu" macro. I put in the code on a new page "menubar1" and the new page just displays my code instead of the 2 links.
What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
Hi @Henry Simon
Which "menubar" macro do you mean, I'm not aware that there is a such a macro.
To your question:
Confluence is a richtext editor. You should not use HTML Code to display Text and Links, you can set the Text and Link directly in the editor without using HTML Code.
Hi Dominic,
The menu macro is from Themebuilder and Themebuilder deprecated the menu macros so I'm trying to recreate the page without using the menu macro.
I knew I was missing something very obvious. You just reminded me that I can create the bullet and link using the editor. I've been so focused on fixing all these deprecated macros that I forgot about the rich text editor. When I go into the editor, I head straight to the macros. Thank you for the reminder!

HTML macros are disabled by default
The HTML macro will only be available if it has been enabled by an administrator. Enabling these macros can make your Confluence site vulnerable to cross-site scripting attacks.
